if you're taller than my friend Nena Yapp or at least the same height than her friend Wani Samat, then I will not laugh at you if you wear mini skirt. Even if you're superfat or super skinny. Miniskirts are meant for long legs.
Fact:
1) a girl will look ugly with mini skirt of they have short chubby legs. So girls if you think your legs are fat, yes they're fat and it's not illusional unless if you're aneroxic.
