nothing much, just everyday life. Found love for spinning, first time it was hard. Second time around was bearable, at least I managed to follow probably around 60-70% of the movements. Shall try again this Friday.
Haven't slept 8 hours straight since last Sunday, work demands again. I am awake since 5 am today only to do my ultimate work at 12 midday. Quite frustrating, considering that I love my sleep..
